Kris is a Registered Nurse Naturopath
who specializes in counseling clients on lifestyle changes to manage and improve their health. As an avid educator of
wellness for more than 30 years, Kris has spent her career counseling thousands of patients on prescribed medications and
treatments, as well as many healing modalities that we now refer to as "natural health." Her specialties include:
Holistic Nutrition, Disease Managemen, Stress and Weight Control, Women and Children's Health. Kris is an active member
of the American Holistic Nurses Association, Natural Products Association, and the Coalition for Natural Health. She is available
for private consultations as well as group lectures and seminars.
Complimentary Consultation:
We will briefly review your health concerns and discuss your goals and objectives. Please allow 15 minutes for this visit.
Initial Visit: $65.00 A comprehensive Wellness Plan will be developed based on information
you present during this session. We will discuss the goals and objectives that you will want to achieve to improve your health.
Allow at least one hour for this session.
Return Visit: $45.00 During each return
visit, we will review your progress and concerns, and make adjustments to your plan accordingly.

Minute Sessions: $40.00 Clients who have achieved their initial goals can return as often as necessary for acute
health issues that arise from time to time. Foot Reflexology: Therapuetic foot
massage technique that targets specific organ systems to rebalance areas that are deficient. $35.00/30 minute session Ionic Detox Session:
$40/session. The Ionic Foot Cleanse is an affordable and relaxing way to begin any detox program.
You will receive detailed information regarding food and herbs to take to effectively support your body's effort to detoxify
from chemicals, drugs, parasites and bacteria that may be impeding your health. Each 20-30 minute session is a
time to relax your feet in warm water where a metal array is placed. This array is connected to a machine that introduces a
minute electical current which ionizes the water to produce cleansing and detoxifying negative ions. For acute illesses,
twice a week is recommended until symtpoms resolve. For chronic disease, once a week, along with a comprehensive program
of lifestyle changes is recommended.

since 1972. All supplements and products sold through my office are individually priced. Clients on service
are entitled to 15% discount on all products sold in this office.
